Payment terms
How paying works
- All plans run a 12-month minimum term, then renew monthly or annually. After the minimum term you can leave with a full handover at no charge.
- Monthly plans: paid in advance by Direct Debit. Annual plans: by invoice or card, payable within 14 days.
- One-off work: 50% deposit, balance before go-live.
- Setup fees are paid when you sign up. Setup fees over £500 can be split into 3 monthly payments, interest-free.
- Fixed scope with 2 rounds of revisions; extra work at £45/hour.
- Founding clients: the first 5 clients in each sector keep their price for life and get 30% off the first 3 months (or the first year's annual fee).

Is there a minimum term?
All plans run a 12-month minimum term, then renew monthly or yearly.
What happens after 12 months?
Your plan carries on, and you can leave at any time with a full handover of your website at no charge.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, content and data are registered in your name from day one.
What does "live in 7 days" mean?
Starter and Growth websites go live within 7 days of us receiving your content and logo — or your first month is free.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. We are not currently VAT registered.
Is there a charity rate?
Yes. Registered charities get 15% off: the charity prices shown already include it, and add-ons are 15% off too.
