This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on omnistackdigital.co.uk, run by Omnistack [LTD SUFFIX]. It is written to meet the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK data protection law.
The short version
- We only set one kind of non-essential cookie: HubSpot’s tracking cookie.
- It is off by default. It is only set if you click Accept on our cookie banner.
- Our website analytics do not use cookies.
- You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, work in a comparable way. The same rules apply to them, so this policy covers both.
What we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
These are needed for the site to work or to keep it secure. The law does not require your consent for them.

Remembering your choices during a visit
We use your browser’s session storage (not cookies) for two things. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Analytics (no cookies)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not set cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not track you across other websites. It gives us totals, not information about you as a person.

This is the only non-essential cookie on our site. HubSpot’s script is not loaded at all until you click Accept. If you click Reject, or ignore the banner, it is never set.
If you accept, we also send the HubSpot cookie’s ID with any form you submit, so your enquiry is linked to your visit.
How to change your choice
- Click Cookie settings in the footer of any page. You can switch between Accept and Reject at any time.
- If you withdraw consent, we stop loading HubSpot’s script. Cookies already set may stay on your device until they expire, or until you delete them in your browser settings.
- You can also block or delete cookies using your browser settings. The site will still work if you do.
Third-party websites
Links to other sites, such as WhatsApp or Google, take you to services with their own cookie policies. We don’t control those.
